What are snowshoes and skishoes?

スノーシュー

Snowshoes are specialized outdoor gear for walking in the snow. Snowshoeing is easy to learn and is a great entry-level for winter sports. If you can walk, you can snowshoe.

You can use winter boots, hiking boots, or whatever you have handy as long as they are waterproof.

スキーシュー

Skishoes are versatile gear that combines the qualities of cross country skis and snowshoes. You can climb uphill easily and ski downhill. Skishoes are relatively easy to handle and are good for beginners.

You can use winter boots, hiking boots, or whatever you have handy as long as they are waterproof.
